We take customer satisfaction very seriously. If you are not satisified with your yarn, you are welcome to return it for a full refund or exchange it for another skein of equal value. Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after purchase. The yarn must be in it’s original condition in order to return. Yarn must not have been used, cut, and free of dirt and odors.  Buyers are responsible for all shipping. Savvy Skeins is not responsible or liable for packages once they have been picked up by the postal service. Tracking numbers will be provided for the customer to track. If issues arise due to packages being lost or delayed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the postal service and customs for international orders. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship your order. Insurance will be added on orders of 4 or more skeins unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders lost by shipping services cannot be refunded. 

Custom requests are accepted. Customers looking for a specific color way on a different base from what is available, are welcome to make a custom request.
